Nordic Fender is a fast-growing company and a trusted supplier of pneumatic fenders and related equipment. With operations in Norway, the Netherlands, and the UAE, we serve customers in ship-to-ship transfers, offshore, port terminals, and defense.
Due to continued growth and the need to strengthen our local team, we are now seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Dubai office. This is a key support role for our sales and operations teams, with a broad range of responsibilities.
Position: Sales Coordinator (Full-time)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key responsibilities:
- Support the sales department with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist our teams in Norway and the Netherlands on a day-to-day basis
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-up communication
- Obtain and coordinate quotations from suppliers
- Prepare and update sales and project documentation
- Coordinate shipping, delivery schedules, and order tracking
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems
- Support exhibition and event planning
- Assist with general office tasks and ad hoc assignments
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant experience in sales support, administration, or coordination
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Outlook, document handling)
- Previous experience in maritime, or logistics environment is a plus
